Our first attempt at a lager didn’t go as planned; in fact we never started the batch. After speaking with our brew master / home brew supply guy / know-er of all it was apparent that we didn’t have the time, equipment or temperature control to make a larger.

Not to be stopped we took the ingredients we had in hand, and with some luck and a HOP & A PRAYER (Pun completely intended) we set forth to brew a proper beverage. The results were an unexpectedly smooth, malty and refreshing beer.

A nice cream ale, not to hoppy, lots of maltiness and a consistent head, you will not be disappointed.
